please note: this project is for content creators and businesses that are serious about vitrual enterprise. if you have a casual interest in selling and virtual commerce, we advise you to wait until the networks are all functional later this summer and browse what advertisers have been working on. if you are just curious about the 3d peer, 2 peer tech, once again, please wait until the networks are public. in addition, we will post some videos to youtube once beta testing starts, and, lastly, if you are interested in virtual real estate "flipping," that would be a violation of the network TOS and you might want to look somewhere else to practice that. we are working on a system were real estate developers can take land and develop it(emphasis on DEVELOP, not cut up and sell off without doing anything in between) for lease and so on but that will not be in place until sometime at the end of August.
sign up is for those who are interested in creating revenue through these networks and creating businesses by working with us as we build the networks. please proceed. we are happy to work with you; however, if you wanna spend time in cool environments without lag that look really cool and communicate with people while we build something new, then come on in.
all advertisers get the following:
all software tools with free upgrades forever: Archipelis Designer(immediately) with upgrade to Metacrasher Designer (end of July), animation software: codename: lightwalker (early september), M3 Machinima(august), an ad or listing with picture links and brief description in the printed magazine. one 3d web space size (immediately) depends on the ad space you take, one peer2peer space on the network, depending on what size ad space you take. either a plot on one of the metacrasher islands in second life(immediately) with a teleporter to your 3dweb space or a recontstruction of a plot you already own in second life for your 3d webspace up to a quarter acre. after a quarter acre, there will be a reconstruction fee. monthly fees will not apply until the roll out of the preview magazine at the end of august by which time we will have a more eloquent billing solution in place. we reserve the right to refuse ads that promote hatred and our TOS is very open-ended but firm on this point as regards the networks. Please see the advertisers guide section before signing up.
after the printing of the preview issue these prices will be doubling. taking an ad now insures your monthly rate for for your spaces will remain the same and you have the option to take the same ad in the fall issue for the same price:

As stated, with each ad or listing you get both a 3d web space(immediately) and peer 2 peer space(end of july)equivelent to your ad size. the peer 2 peer and web spaces are yours to keep even if you do not renew your ad space for each quaterly issue.but the monthly network fees will still apply. they are as follows:
Listing: 2 metric acres
quarter page: 16 metric acres
half page: 32 metric acres
full page: 64 metric acres
multiple full page up to 6 pages: contact us

other considerations
the first people that sign up before August 5th will have the right and tools to sell, ad space, network spaces and receive a 25 percent commission of each sale they bring in after that date. you will get a sign up object in your spaces that will tell us it wa your space people signed up in.
once you take an ad the following applies: you can have the same ad in the fall issue for the same price.
if you take a new ad your monthly maintenance and hosting fee stays the same but you get more virtual real estate in both your web space and your p2p space. in most cases double.
If you choose not to take a new ad you still pay the monthly fee for your web space and your p2p space.
if you choose not to pay, the Charlie the Landlord Avatar comes to ur space and gives you notice. after 3 days your space is closed until payment is made. you however, keep your p2p space, but with restrictions on data transfer and connectivity to the rest of the p2p network.
you can purchase more virtual real estate at a percentage of ur initial paying price and your monthly fee stays the same up to 10 times what you initially got when you placed your ad.
placing an ad of a quarter page gets you 2 avatar recreations.
placing an ad of half page or more gets you a one time build or formating of your data(such as scripts and in web space specific functions) as well as 3 avatar recreations
full page gets you a full build of your specifications with plus 5 avatar recreations

all those placing an ad get all the software tools free as they are developed. you will be sent a link immediately to download your full working version of archipelis designer. you all will also be asked to help beta test this stuff as we are writing it, and of course, your suggestions and feature requests will be considered and implemented wherever possible.
